I just got a palm treo 680 for my birthday yesterday. I added a contact with a wrong number and I am trying to delete the contact. I looked in the directions and it said to fully open the contact first before deleting. And here is where the problem comes in...when I go to open the contact, it won't open and the phone makes a sound like it can't open the contact. Any help?
